SPOON LAS VEGAS
ORRIE CAPONE
After an intense six months of non-stop shop and office activity, the Vegas team continues to drive operational power and service for SPOON. Not only did they perform on a high level for all exhibit project deliverables, they went above and beyond on many projects. Kudos to Ted Beavers, Robert Lopez, and the Shop team for great performance for our clients and internal SPOON projects. Thanks to Thomas Schneider and Sheana Collier for stabilizing the Vegas Project Management and Graphics Operations for all of SPOON.
Sheana has been instrumental in our relations with many graphic suppliers, especially Orbus and portable vendors. Thanks to Sheana, we ensure quality output from all.
Thank you, SPOON Las Vegas for a job well done!
SALES & MARKETING
ORRIE CAPONE
The Sales team had a busy and successful spring with events that brought us a great volume of work and reinforced strong consistent sales with our existing customers, all while continuing to develop a network for new opportunities. We pitched to several new clients and are currently working on RFPs for additional business in the Fall and into 2024. On the marketing front, SPOON was well represented at ExhibitorLIVE, which gave us strong exposure for new opportunities, and positioned us as Best in Class in the tradeshow and event industry.
Go SPOON!
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
STUART KAPPS
As account managers, we are the voice of the client when working with other internal departments to ensure a successful project outcome. Effective account management is critical as we cultivate long-lasting relationships in order to increase client retention. I would like to thank everybody at SPOON for making what we do possible. Cheers to more successful projects and happy customers!
SPOON EXPRESS
JOSH DURANT
As a Customer Service Coordinator, my main role at SPOON is to keep our clients informed and satisfied. To accomplish this, I keep in close contact with representatives from various clients making sure their wants and needs are being interpreted properly by our various cogs in the wheel. The support I get from Jason, Heather, and various others here at Spoon is what keeps me being able to perform!
